BACKGROUND
Anthuriums International, Inc., imports and distributes tropical cut flowers.
Presently, we are involved with over 48 farms including those from Hawaii, Thailand, Sri
Lanka, Holland, Jamaica, Colombia, Ecuador, California, Florida and Washington. Our
company is one of the premier suppliers of exotic cut flowers worldwide.
In order to fulfill your orders, please provide us with advance notification, when
possible. You may choose your favorite tropicals in any combinations to better suit your
needs.
To guarantee freshness, all flowers are delivered from our farms via Federal Express
directly to you. You will find our Hawaiian products, which are generally priced on a
delivered basis, to be below current market prices and of higher quality.
Orders received on Thursday/Friday are sent out on Monday and received by
Wednesday/Thursday. Additional shipping days are available to customize your purchasing
schedule.

Prices on Hawaiian Flowers
Prices are usually quoted on a delivered basis from our farms to your door unless
special quotations are requested using alternate carriers or for priority deliveries. In
most cases there are no freight or box charges. Prices are subject to change due to
seasonal product availability and points of origin. Winter insulation surcharges will be
applied during Nov-May to most areas.

ORDER INFORMATION
Minimums
Minimum order requirements are posted on item pages. Some items have no
minimums However, most customers average at least $100.00 to
get the best mix.
Terms
All orders may be paid for via major credit cards, COD ($5 FedExp Chrg) or on account
for those with approved credit. Payment is expected upon receipt of each invoice. Open
accounts are processed net 10, net 20 and 2%/10- net 30 days. All past due accounts are
subject to a finance charge of 1 3/4 % per month. Customers defaulting on payment will be
subject to collection fees of 50% as well as attorney's fees, court costs and other legal
costs. All cases will be tried under the laws of the State of New Jersey and the New
Jersey Courts.
Damaged Product
Claims for damaged merchandise should be reported to carrier upon receipt of shipment.
Anthuriums International and/or our representative should also be notified within 24-48
hours. We will then issue a control number. If noticeable damages should occur during
shipping, do not accept damaged goods. Please note damaged and returned items on the
freight bill. Anthuriums International will credit customer's account only upon receipt of
damage confirmation report within ten days.
Returns
No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior notification to Anthuriums
International.
Non-Standard Case Orders
$10.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.00.
Freight Information
Unless specified by account, Anthuriums International will ship orders via the carrier
of its choice as determined by cost and delivery efficiency. Most orders are shipped via
Federal Express, Express Mail and UPS Air for door-to-door deliveries. Customers wishing
Airport pickups can have freight sent by their favorite airline.
